Nitsch is thrilled to announce that Jason Sobel, PE, PTOE has joined the firm as Director of Transportation Engineering!
Jason joins Nitsch with 23 years of transportation and traffic engineering experience. With a background in both the private and public sector, he brings broad knowledge to his role leading the transportation team.
Jason has a long history of leading successful projects from planning and conceptual design through construction and operations and maintenance; his past clients have included the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT), academic institutions like Boston University, private developers, and municipalities throughout New England. On each of his projects, he focuses on improving safety, accessibility, and efficiency for all members of the community.
Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Vermont.
