We’re thrilled to share that the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce awarded Nitsch Engineering the title of 2022 Small Business of the Year – one of six small businesses to be celebrated this year. The annual Small Business of the Year Awards showcase the contributions of businesses to our communities, celebrating their remarkable vision and resilience in the categories of Diversity and Inclusion, Cultural Excellence, Community Impact, Innovation and Growth, CEO Leadership, and Small Business Champion. Nitsch was recognized for our efforts in the Diversity and Inclusion Category.

The award recognized Nitsch as a women-led firm in a male-dominated industry that has always been particularly sensitive to workforce diversity. Our commitment to equity goes beyond simply avoiding discrimination: Nitsch takes proactive steps to achieve diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging both within our company and on project teams.
