On April 17, 2025, Nitsch Engineering hosted our 23^{理查德·道金斯} annual 介绍女孩认识工程日 to help show 6^th – 12^th grade girls why engineering is a great career. This year, our team of volunteers built a program around the theme of 通过土地开发改造社区; 活动在纳特在海港的办公室举行。

Jennifer Johnson， PE， CFM, LEED AP，总裁兼首席执行官 then welcomed the girls to the event and introduced the girls to the field of engineering, and Amy Prange， PE， WS Development副总裁 shared her story about how working as a civil engineer (at Nitsch Engineering!) positioned her for success as a commercial real estate developer who helped lead the development of the Seaport.
